A pair of allegorical knights recline in suspended states of consciousness, their lacquered armor rendered in the chromatic language of market ascent and collapse — green and red both heraldry and chart. Drawing on Arthurian myth and Renaissance portraiture, the works recast the trader as soldier, caught between dream and drift where speculation becomes warfare and identity dissolves beneath the symbols of capital.
